Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will build upon the existing Business Process Review (BPR) documentation previously compiled by nMomentum as well as other readily available materials (RFP, INIT technical proposal, contract/Change Orders, business rules, tariff structure, mind maps, staff position descriptions, etc.) to minimize the time needed to be brought up to speed on the project and agency operational needs and prevent duplication of efforts. High-level Scope (to serve as guidance for contractor to convert into a detailed SOW and cost proposal) • Review existing materials (supplied by WeGo, nMomentum, and INIT) and meet with WeGo and nMomentum staff as needed to gain familiarity with project scope, policies, business rules, fare structure, and current status • Create an SOP manual for the new fare system covering all critical operational functions in the following areas: o Ticket office & call center (card sales/replacement, limited use tickets, discount card customization, account setup, etc.) o Bus operator (pre-trip, fare validation, failure reporting) o Validator maintenance o TVM maintenance and cash service o Accounting and financial controls o Ridership and revenue reporting • Provide guidance and suggested language for interagency revenue and cost sharing agreements between Nashville MTA and the Regional Transportation Authority of Middle Tennessee • Provide limited technical and project implementation support as needed
