Specifications include, but are not limited to:  Covers - Red and Green Poly-board, .035” thick. Dimensions: 8 5/8” wide by 7 ¼” high.  Two bottoms corners are rounded to 1/4 " radius  Tabs for Hanging Red Poly-board - .035” thick. Dimensions: 8 5/8” wide by 2 ¼” high.  Two top corners are rounded to ¼” radius. One-half inch hole drilled at the center, ¼” from the top edge.  Silk Screen Printing Ink-Non-soluble, opaque ink in client’s choice of color(s). Ink adhesion suitable for application to poly-board. Ink shall not be affected by biodegradable cleaning solutions nor abraded in normal use.  Pocket Set Material - Toner resistant, 5-gauge Polypropylene.  Binding Coil - White plastic coil, I.D. 7 to 8mm, filament 063”, pitch: 4 per inch.  Card Sets - 65# Smooth cover weight card stock. Weyerhaeuser Cougar Opaque or equal. DIMENSIONS  Overall Open Size 14-1/2 high X 8 5/8” wide with rounded corners  Closed Size 7 ½” high X 8 5/8” wide FOLDER CONSTRUCTION  Folder shall be constructed of 3 pieces of poly-board and the 8 – 10 tiered polypropylene pockets.  The Red poly-board will be the front cover followed by the 8 – 10 pockets,  The Green poly-board will form the rear cover.  The Red tab for hanging will be assembled behind the rear cover.  Punch 4mm holes exactly 2mm from top edge at 4/1” pitch in all pockets, poly-board covers and tab.  Collate covers, pockets and tab for hanging into sets.  Pockets shall be arranged with the shortest pocket to the front.  Pockets shall be open at the rear to protect paper insert from cleaning liquids.  Gather and bind components with plastic coil.  Crimp and trim coil using appropriate machinery.  The entire assembly is to be bound to form a booklet that opens easily to any location and can be opened a full 360 degrees.
