Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bartlett is seeking bids to install sanitary sewer lines, manholes, seeding and sod near the intersection of Old Brownsville Road and Covington Pike Road. The Purpose of this Project is to extend 8” & 12”diameter Sanitary Sewer along Old Brownsville Road near the intersection of Covington Pike Road. The project will also include extensions in the backyards of properties along Covington Pike Road. This extension is to be constructed within the existing Old Brownsville Road Right of Way (ROW) and also within recently recorded Sanitary Sewer Easements. This project consists of approximately 2510 LF of 12”gravity sewer line and 1,580 LF of 8” gravity sewer line including a sewer bore across Howard Creek. Also included is erosion control, sod, and associated work. Although this project does not require a TDEC ARAP, it does include a TDEC SWPPP. The Contractor shall implement Erosion Prevention and Soil Conservation (EPSC) Best Management Practices (BMP’s) as required by the City of Bartlett and the TN Department of Environment and Conservation. (TDEC).
