Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Participate in the pre-construction meeting conference 2. Field walk through review meetings 3. Conduct construction progress meetings 4. Project administration 5. Provide construction inspection and conformance review of plans and specifications 6. Notification of construction changes 7. Coordinate review and approval of Requests for Information shop drawings and submittals 8. Quality assurance, and testing acceptance 9. Verification of construction survey/layout 10. Document and assemble quantities for monthly progress payments 11. Receive and check contractor’s certified payrolls for conformance, and conduct employee interview for accuracy. 12. Generate and maintain project reports in compliance with project requirements 13. Submit a compilation of all project records when the project is complete 14. CE&I shall meet City of Memphis and Federal (HUD) requirements, with HUD requirements prevailing any discrepancies. Department specific requirements 1. Provide an overview of prime consulting firm, number of years providing and professional engineering services and past working relationships with Shelby County; local municipalities; Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and/or other Federal Agencies. 2. Provide a company overview for all consulting firms participating as team members and each firms specific role(s) in the project. 3. Include organizational chart of prime consultant’s staff who have relevant roles in the project scope. 4. Attach resumes of the staff engaged in services, including the roles of each and an overview of their previous experience with similar projects. A lead Project Manager is required to be designated in the response with a description of experience relative to this project. 5. Provide four (4) case studies documenting relative experience for construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) services for storm water management and drainage related projects. Case studies shall list the following; client, client’s point of contact information, description of the project, firm’s role in the project, and the project staff and their roles. 6. Describe the methodology and approach for meeting the project scope. 7. List three (3) other clients for whom the bidder/proposer has provided services similar to the services described in this RFQ (with preference given to clients comparable to Shelby County Government) and, for each such reference, include the business name; identification of a contact person, title of the contact person, and a telephone number. 8. Provide the resume and listing of projects that the Project Manager was the assigned lead and documenting that he/she has at least five (5) years of experience with construction project management of federally funded projects.
