Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Outdoor Advertising: Any one of the following types of signs as determined by TCA 54- 21-103 and determined by the Control of Outdoor Advertising regulations Chapter 1680-2-3. b. Outdoor Advertising Devices include, but are not limited to: single-faced sign w/ pole, wooden sign, back-to-back sign (wooden), back-to-back sign (steel), digital faced sign, steel monopole, tri-vision (w/ panels), Metal I-beams on multiple faces, stacked face signs, miscellaneous outdoor advertising devices, specialty signs and single faces only. c. Contractor(s) Personnel: Contractor (s) on-site personnel shall include supervisor, move personnel and equipment operators necessary to complete the service. d. Emergency Removal: An Emergency Removal may occur when there is a serious and unexpected situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property or environment which calls an agency to action. For all routine removals TDOT will give at least five (5) working days’ notice to the Contractor(s) before the Mandatory Walk Through. In the event of an emergency where the agency cannot give at least five (5) calendar days’ notice, TDOT will try but is not required to give at least two (2) calendar days’ notice to the Contractor(s) before the Mandatory Walk Through.
