The University of Tennessee Athletics Department (UTAD) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or corporations to provide services for the Allan Jones Aquatic Center (AJAC) pool facility at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville campus. The project involves removing existing pool deck tile and thin-set throughout the pool perimeter area and resurfacing the pool deck using a non-slip polished concrete material. The project goal is to uphold high standards of quality and durability, and while the Chip Flake System with Ultra HTS is expressly identified, proposals for alternative products of equal quality will be evaluated and considered under this process. Proposers must provide evidence of the equivalency of any alternate products.
