Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Gravimetric analysis pre- and post- exposure for PM2.5 by 40 CFR, Part 50 Appendix L for an estimated five hundred and eighty (580) filters per year • Laboratory will provide appropriate vessels for individual filters to be shipped within (currently we receive the filter pre-loaded in the cassette ring shipped inside of an antistatic bag. We return ship the filters the same way, in the same antistatic bag. The bag is labeled with the filter number, cassette number and use by date for each filter) • Sample archive for no less than one (1) year • Analytical results, electronic • Data management including integration of collection data, validation, enhanced reporting options, notifications of elevated concentrations, results in AQS format • Laboratory to include shipping for containers, chilling agents, and packing material and pay all shipping costs • Electronic submittal of analytical results shall be provided to KCDAQM at least monthly • KCDAQM to provide a data file from the PM 2.5 samplers to the laboratory. The laboratory then will generate a report in a format that can be uploaded to the AQS database and send it to KCDAQM • KCDAQM will submit data to AQS (Air Quality System) • KCDAQM to provide sample filters and cassette rings
