The selected contractor(s) will provide consultation services for TSIN and Cognia accreditation and STEM integration for York’s 9th-12th grade classrooms. This service will help to provide teacher support, professional development, and resources for science, engineering, technology and mathematics to assist in embedding STEM further into the culture of York. The selected contractor(s) will train York educators on how to implement STEM into classroom settings, activities, and environments, as well as how to align STEM challenges and content with Tennessee academic standards. The selected contractor(s) will work hands on with selected York educators and administrators to add content to support alignment with Cognia and TSIN standards across all curriculums and will cover materials that will help support the development of ideas for student-based challenges for 9th through 12th grades.
