Demolition and Preparation • The Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of existing turf. • The Contractor shall prepare (grind, clean, etc.) the surface for proper adhesion of the turf according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Installation • Shall be performed in compliance with approved shop drawings and the manufacturer’s guidelines. • Shall be performed by trained technicians under the supervision of a manufacturer approved installer. • The installer shall have performed a minimum of three (3) installations of indoor turf in the State of TN.
