Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Niota, TN is seekingstatements of qualifications from engineering firms for a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Division of Water Resources-American Rescue Plan Collaborative Grants-StateWater Infrastructure Grants Program project, specifically for the design and construction inspection of Water and Sewer System Improvements Projects. Specifically, the selected engineering firm will perform design phase activities from Summer 2022 until Winter 2023 (allowing for approved extensions and necessary follow-up after said time period), Bid Phase Activities from Winter 2023 until Fall 2023 (allowing for approved extensions and necessary follow-up after said time period), and Construction Inspection activities from Fall 2023 until Fall 2025 or until the project is complete.
