License Classifications must cover 60% of the scope of work of the Project. Construct a large, soil-filled, concrete basin, a series of wide concrete flumes, and large lined water storage pond. These features are part of a system that circulates large volumes of water via pumps and gates to simulate flooding and erosion processes. The project includes an indoor facility with offices, classroom, equipment simulators, exhibit hall, control room, water treatment and chemical storage area, toilets, etc. Also includes site utilities, access roads, parking, walkways, and other site facility elements. Facility elements will support flood response, stormwater, construction, swift water training, and general education activities.
