This section includes a concrete poured in place wall that is a minimum of 6 inches thick. The wall is 485 feet in length and tapers down from a high point of 33 inches to a 6-inch curb. There shall be a 12-inch x 12-inch concrete footer installed with rebar extending from the footer for the concrete wall pour. The concrete wall is to be poured in front of the existing wall and shall be anchored in place to existing wall where possible. There shall be #4 rebar horizontally at 8 inches on center. There shall also be #4 rebar installed vertically at 12 inches on center. The curb top shall remain a consistent width the length of the wall, with the exception of one driveway entry. The contractor is only responsible for the footer, wall, and curb. The Town will bid the remainder of the sidewalk separately.
