4.1 Vendor must provide a “20-minute” style drive thru oil change service 4.2 Vendor’s facility must have a minimum of one dedicated drive-thru oil change lane. Ideally, vendors would have multiple locations within Knox County, however, a facility that is centrally located in Knox County will be considered and evaluated according to Section 3.14. 4.3 Vendor must supply a list of all company-owned locations within Knox County including address, phone number, hours of operation and manager information. 4.4 Vendor shall retain all charge tickets and forward a copy to the KCSO Fleet Maintenance Division, along with monthly charge report by the 25th day of each month. Charge tickets must include date, store location, vehicle fleet number, vehicle license number, Officer/Employee signature and badge number/employee ID number. All information on charge ticket must be clearly legible. 4.5 Vendor shall provide a detailed explanation of services included with each oil change. 4.6 Vendor shall provide a fluid check and top-off service free during vehicles’ normal 5,000-mile service interval. 4.7 Vendor shall provide prices in Section VI of other available services and replacement items such as, but not limited to: • Transmission service (fluid and filter) • Radiator service • Rear differential service • Tire rotation • Air filter • Serpentine belt replacement
