Specifications include, but are not limited to: SOUTH CAMPUS Contractor will be responsible for furnishing labor and a ladder to clean light fixture lens located on the ceiling of first and second floor and 3 floor units with vaulted ceilings (South Campus Only). I. Stacy Town Center A. Daily (Common areas to include but not limited to conference rooms, study rooms, activity rooms stairwells, landings, and hallways) 1. Empty trash and recycling; remove any empty contents clearly defined as trash or recycling. 2. Wipe all glass doors and interior glass. 3. Clean mirror walls in main office 4. Dust desks, filing cabinets, shelving, windows, windowsills, etc. (Do not remove any papers) 5. Kitchen area-Wipe down of the sink and counter space and the fridge inside and out 6. Sweep and wet mop hard floor surfaces to include bathroom, kitchen area, and hallways. 7. Vacuum carpet-When cleaning the carpet, a “soap-free” product such as Procyon or equivalent must be used. 8. Restrooms a) Clean Monday – Friday by 10:00 am and Saturday by 12:00 pm (as requested) b) Clean/deodorize/sanitize the bathroom fixtures, sinks, vanities, mirrors and commodes or urinals. This includes the divider walls, room walls, all commode and entrance doors and door handles. c) Refill stock (paper towels, soap, tissue, air fresheners). d) Wipe down dispensers. B. Monthly 1. Clean all entrance doors (higher glass) by a window technician. Note: glass doors are to be cleaned daily. 2. High dust in the office area and common areas including cobwebs, windowsills, etc. C. Quarterly- Wax floors II. Guerry, Decosimo, Stophel, Walker and UC Foundation A. Daily (Common areas to include but not limited to conference rooms, study rooms, activity rooms stairwells, landings, and hallways) 1. Empty all trash receptacles inside all interior and exterior common areas. 2. Remove trash from around trash chutes, in stairwells and hallways. 3. Wipe all glass doors and interior glass. 4. Clean Elevators a) Sweep and wet mop or vacuum, remove graffiti on doors and walls, and remove any trash that may be above light fixture. b) Clean all bathrooms and re-stock supplies. 5. Clean all common area bathrooms and re-stock supplies. 6. Clean laundry rooms (Decosimo only) a) Clean laundry rooms is required once a day; Saturday by 12:00 pm (as requested). b) Sweep and wet mop at least twice a day. c) Pick up trash d) Dust and wipe down all machines. e) Clean any lint out of the dryer lint traps f) Organize clothes that have been left by a resident within the past 24 hours, into bins or boxes located in the laundry room. 7. Vacuum all carpet and spot clean as needed. 8. Sweep/vacuum and/or mop all stairwells. 9. Wipe down fresh stains on the walls in common areas, stairwells, and hallways. 10. Clean conference rooms, classroom, offices, community/activity rooms, study rooms, kitchen area, etc. 11. UC Foundation Restrooms Clean Monday-Friday 10:00 am and Saturday by 12:00 pm (as requested) Clean/deodorize/sanitize the bathroom fixtures, sinks, vanities, mirrors and commodes or urinals. This includes the divider walls, room walls, all commode and entrance doors and door handles. Refill stock (paper towels, soap, tissue, air fresheners) Wipe down dispensers. B. Monthly 1. Shampoo carpet in all common areas. When cleaning the carpet, a “soap-free” product such as Procyon or equivalent must be used. 2. Scrub ceramic tiles/grout. 3. Scrub and recoat VCT tiles with 30 weight minimum wax solid. 4. Deodorize trash compactor drop-down chutes and clean using Vaportronic or equivalent. 5. Inventory supplies and re-stock if necessary. 6. High dust in the office area and common areas including cobwebs, window sills, etc. 7. Remove trash and dust off the tops of vending machines. Pull out and clean behind all washers and dryers in the common laundry rooms. C. Quarterly 1. Clean all entrance doors (higher glass) by window technician. Note: glass doors are to be cleaned daily. 2. Clean apartment door entrance thresholds.
