PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Medical Surveillance Services. The contractor(s) shall provide occupational health services supporting the USACE LRN District employees for the locations mentioned in the Place(s) of Performance section. Occupational health services will be conducted in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Health screenings will include the following:
