Three (3) Trane 5 ton Gas Package Unit to include: • Remove old package system. • Install new 14 SEER Trane package unit with gas heat. New reinforced equipment pad, new T701 thermostat, and internal filter racks. • Install new custom supply and return duct work up the exterior wall of the transportation bus garage, and flashing. • Install new supply diffuser. • Install new high voltage electrical wiring and conduit from breaker box for each system. • Install new gas line for each system and leak check. • Standard Equipment warranty to include 5-year parts, 1 year labor, 20-year Heat Exchanger and 10-year workmanship warranty on gas line. • Successful bidder must also be able to respond to maintenance issues or requests within a 24-hour period.
