Scope Details The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a multi-year contract with a contractor to provide testing and balancing services to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and effectively. Contractor shall be a qualified test and balance firm to test, balance, and adjust the building systems so that they operate efficiently and effectively. It is the intent of Metro to ensure that the fundamental systems are calibrated and operating as required to deliver defined design conditions. This will be for an as needed service in conjunction with retro-commissioning and building improvement assessments. All work will be performed in accordance with the specifications provided in the Design and Construction Criteria and Guidelines attached to this RFP.
