New Health Services and Administration Building, New Transportation Building, Addition to the existing Welding Lab, Addition for the new Industrial Maintenance Technology Program, Addition for the new Building Construction (Framing and Masonry) Program, Renovation of existing spaces. It will also include site development, utilities, parking, and landscaping. The CM/GC will assist in sequencing the scope above. Final sequence of the Work, occurring after the new spaces are occupied, will include renovation of the existing Administration Building.
