The design shall include all basic information generally included in a Property Tax Notice: 1. Tax Payer mailing address including ZIP +4 and barcode 2. Parcel Description 3. Receipt Number 4. Amount Due 5. Property Classification 6. Appraised Value 7. Assessment 8. Assessment Value 9. Tax Rate G. Other General Information to include would be general descriptions, payment options, tax freeze and tax relief requirements H. Use file sent in an electronic format to sort and print I. Preprinted return envelope to be included #9 J. Folding, sorting, and mailing notices in printed envelope #10 in compliance with USPS mailing guidelines K. Presort and First Class postage L. Run NCOA/CASS certification to get available postal discounts
