All pipe sizes shown below shall be Polypropylene Pipe. Polypropylene compound for pipe and fitting production shall be impact modified copolymer meeting the material requirements of ASTM F2735, Section 4, ASTM F2881, Section 5 and AASHTO M330, Section 5.1, for the respective diameters. 12-inch through 3O-inch diameter pipe shall have a smooth interior and annular exterior corrugations and meet or exceed ASTM F2736 and AASHTO M330. 36-inch through 60-inch diameter pipe shall have a smooth interior and annular exteriorcorrugations and meet or exceed ASTM F2881 and AASHTO M330. Pipe shall be joined with a gasketed integral bell & spigot joint meeting the requirements of ASTM F2736 or F2881, for the respective diameters. Joints shall be water tight with factory installed rubber gaskets that meet the requirements of ASTM F477. Joints shall also meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM D3212 lab tests for watertightness.
