PICK UP AT PLANT- Price: $/Ton for Madison County Highway Department to pick up at vendor's quarry or plant, with no set minimum on tonnage or truckload(s). Pricing should include any and all costs for handling, loading, etc. For this category use PICK UP AT PLANT Bid Form and be sure to provide location/address of quarry or plant for each item. All items to be ordered in quantity and kind as directed by Madison County Highway Department. Madison County shall have the right to cancel the contract at any time as to any material not delivered as of the cancellation date. Contract Period: 6 months, (contract period January 1, 2026- June 30, 2026) with Madison County having the option to extend the contract for up to five additional 6-month periods by mutual agreement. Madison County Highway Department shall have the right to award "in part" of "in whole."
