Metro Water Services Specifications, Standard Drawings and Details will be used for the construction of all stormwater projects (work assignment locations). NDOT Specifications, Standard Drawings and Details will be used for the construction of curb, sidewalk, and associated pavement replacement. The proposed work for this contract is to install, construct, or repair stormwater infrastructure within Davidson County. The proposed work requiring construction plans, standard drawings, details, and/or sketches will be provided by the Engineer and/or Project Manager prior to submitting a proposal for a purchase order. Field Engineering and Layout Alignment and grades for the construction will be provided by Contractor or its designee prior to the commencement of work for the work assignment location. Contractor shall verify alignment and grades for accuracy prior to actual work being performed. Notification to Affected Property Owners Contractor will be required to coordinate and obtain the necessary right of entry for any work areas where there are no existing easements
