The vendor is to provide all transportation, labor, equipment and materials required to complete the construction and installation of the storage building. The dimensions must be 100 ft wide, 40 ft deep, and 14 ft high, or approximate measurements necessary by design requirements; enclosed on the ends and rear of building, with a 100 ft wide opening in the front Gable roof with a 2/12 slope preferred The vendor must run electricity to the storage building for lighting and electric outlets. The vendor must acquire all necessary state and local permits as required. All structural elements must be fabricated from steel materials, no wood. The building does not require windows or doors. The building design must include gutters and downspouts. A foundation pad is not required, as the building will be constructed on a rock floor.
