SPECIFICATIONS The vendor is to provide all transportation, labor, equipment and materials required to complete the construction and installation of the storage building. The dimensions must be 100 ft wide, 40 ft deep, and 14 ft high, or approximate measurements necessary by design requirements: enclosed on the ends and rear of building, with a 100 ft wide opening in the front Gable roof with a 2/12 slope preferred All structural elements must be fabricated from steel materials, no wood. The building does not require windows or doors. The building design must include gutters and downspouts. A foundation pad is not required, as the building will be constructed on a rock floor. All parts of the building should be the same color with the vendor providing color options as part of the RFP.
