The selected consultant will provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the construction of sidewalks along Interstate Drive from South Willow Avenue to South Jefferson Avenue, and along South Jefferson Avenue from Interstate Drive to South Walnut Avenue. The work will include installation of a minimum two-foot grass buffer strip and curb and gutter, as well as construction of crosswalks, necessary stormwater drainage improvements, traffic and pedestrian signals, and retaining walls where required. The total project length is approximately 1.57 miles, and all work shall be performed in accordance with applicable TDOT Local Programs Development Office guidelines, specifications, and requirements.
