Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Washington State Department of Ecology hereafter called "ECOLOGY", is initiating thisRequest for qualification and Quote (RFQQ) to solicit proposals from firms interested inparticipating on a project to:Perform unarmed, uniformed security services for the Department of Ecology's Eastern RegionalOffice building located at N 4601 Monroe, Suite 202, Spokane, Washington AND adjacentEcology parking lot, as stated in the RFQQ. The objective of this RFQQ is to establish a security service contract for the Department ofEcology Eastern Regional Office building and adjacent parking lot. The apparent successfulcontractor shall coordinate all RFQQ questions with RFQQ Coordinator. In addition to thenormal security services, the apparent successful contractor shall be available during emergencysituations. The apparent successful contractor shall maintain the same level of staff, and servicesthroughout the contract as required in this RFQQ
