Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking applications for the development, coordination, and oversight of a statewide Special Education Family Engagement network to create a bridge between families and schools to ensure students with disabilities have a high-quality special education experience and are equipped for success after graduation. The State will award one Grant Contract for the entire scope of services, as reflected in the attached pro forma contracts. If no single applicant meets all requirements, the State may consider multiple awards. Applicants are encouraged to submit any questions or need for clarification during the Grantee Written Questions and Comment period, as the State will not consider alternate terms and conditions or redlines to the contract.
