Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Space Inventory and Real Estate Management system should provide a centralized platform that can be accessed by authorized personnel to manage all aspects of space and real estate data across the university system. The selected Respondent shall deliver the following (the Deliverables): 1. Software solution - Provide a software platform solution that meets the scope of work as described in this RFP. 2. Implementation and Training Services - Provide implementation and training services necessary for operation of said software platform. 3. Data Imports - Provide a seamless and comprehensive migration of real estate and space portfolio data from existing sources. The University will extract data from the current systems and provide to the Respondent for importation into the new system. 4. Interfaces - Required interfaces include: An interface with the new Oracle ERP system (DASH) to send space data and receive Chart of Accounts (departmental account numbers) and personnel data An interface with the THEC Survey Space System to send a nightly export of space data. This is currently transmitted as an XML file. Ability to receive published floor plans and associated space data from REVIT and AutoCAD software (via an interface, extension, or API)An API interface with ESRI ArcGIS (This interface does not have to be in place for the Go-Live event and can be completed afterward).
