The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) and Nashville Fire Department are soliciting quotes for SCBAs (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus), Confined Space Airpacks, RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) packs, all applicable accessories, including but not limited to a full facepiece, positive pressure breathing regulator, pressure reducing regulator, harness and back frame assembly for supporting the equipment on the body of the wearer, remote gauge indicating cylinder pressure, a rapid intervention crew/universal air connection (RIC/UAC); , masks, CBRN filters, forty-five minute cylinders, sixty minute cylinders, thirty minute cylinders, and fifteen minute cylinders with valve assembly for storing breathing air under pressure, and the warranty of all purchased equipment. These SCBAs shall be equipped with an integrated telemetry monitoring system.
