Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrade and consolidate the three separate systems for the City of Gallatin to a single server solution with all locations reporting into one server with single point of authentication with persons viewing entities based on their permissions. Provide the additional licensing for all of the new IP cameras that are going to be recorded at the centralized archiver, the two additional client connections and the Video Intercom units/client connections required for the Sepelia/Genetec IP Video Intercom integration. Public Utilities As part of this upgrade, add twelve (12) cameras and upgrade two cameras at the Public Utilities building. - One Fisheye camera will be added on a wall mount, above the kiosk at the drive thru windows to catch the kiosk and both drive windows within its viewing area. -Two Fisheye cameras will be added in the front billing office. -Eight dome cameras will be added in the billing, and at entry doors to be determined. - One Multisensor camera will be added at the back left corner of the warehouse to view the contents of that yard and down the left side of the building back toward the front. - One interior camera will be replaced with a new dome camera, recessed mount, and audio. - One interior dome camera will be replaced with a new Multisensor camera on a ceiling mount that includes audio. Water Treatment Plant Replace six cameras at the Water Treatment Plant with four new IP cameras. - In the Control Room, replace the (3) cameras in this area with a fisheye camera with (3) salvo views to view the front, back doors and the time clock. - At the Admin Front Door, replace the existing analog dome camera with an IP dome camera with the same view. - Replace the Intake Dome Camera with a Multisensor IP camera on a corner mount to provide a 270 degree view of this area. - Replace the Break Room dome camera with a new IP Dome on a wall mount providing the same view. Long Hollow Replace the existing camera at the Long Hollow Tank Site with a new Multisensor camera. This camera shall be visible to the Water Plant and will record on the main archiver at the Public Utilities Building along with all the other cameras. WTP and WWTP Install an IP Video Intercom with Integrated 13.56Mhz RFID reader on new Gooseneck mounts at each, the Water Treatment Plant and the Waste Water Treatment Plant gates that will integrate via SIP protocol to the Genetec Security Center/Sipelia Client Workstations for live and recorded video and audio of visitors at the gate. - The WTP will be able to see live video, speak via two way audio and release the gate from Control Room Client Machine, the Break Room Answering Unit (included in bid) and/or Bennie’s Office Client Machine. -The WWTP will have the same ability from the BioSolids Building Client Machine, the Office Client Machine, the Clarifier Building Client Machine, and Brandon’s Office Client Machine. Also include the option for rolling the call out to phones if no-one is available to answer at any of the client workstations? This will require SIP VoIP integration which will require coordination with IT VoIP provider or will require VoIP service at the call station. Client to Provide; Knuckle boom lift for all camera installations and replacements which require lift to reach Fiber LAN connectivity between each of the sites
