Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Providing surveillance and security services during every day of the week, including State holidays Guard position one provides service from seven o’clock a.m. (7:00 a.m.) to seven o’clock p.m. (7:00 p.m.). Guard position two provides service 24 hours daily. Guard position two may be assigned duties for that position only to be defined in Post Orders. b. Providing surveillance and control of ingress and egress to the specified buildings, grounds and parking areas, including utilizing a State-provided CCTV camera system to monitor all internal and external areas of the property; c. Performing a visual check of employee badges upon entry; d. Directing non-badged employees to sign in and verifying their signature and identity; e. Directing visitors to sign in, verifying their signature and identity, and requiring them to sign out when they leave the Facility
