Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General Items i. The bid shall include all applicable permits, licenses, etc. related to this work of scope. ii. The bid shall include a 5% bid bond. iii. The bid shall include a performance and payment bond in the amount of the contract price. iv. The bid shall include all necessary hoisting, rigging, scaffolding, staging, temporary safety protection, material hoisting, equipment, and small tools necessary to perform the referenced scope of work. All equipment to meet OSHA standards. v. The bid shall include clean-up of all trash and debris. vi. The bid shall include all blocking, backing, and supports necessary. vii. The warranty period for all material, equipment, and labor based on specifications shall commence at the date of substantial completion. viii. Include all engineering and surveying required to perform work unless noted otherwise. ix. Coordination and meetings as required by the site’s general contractor. x. The bid shall include safety meeting attendance as required by site conditions xi. Provide safety manual and site-specific plan upon request. xii. Conform to all applicable codes and regulations (local, state, and federal)
