The State of Tennessee, Department of Finance and Administration, Division of TennCare (TennCare) issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) to assess the current market landscape for vendors experienced in administering and analyzing satisfaction and quality of life surveys in healthcare and/or public service settings. TennCare is exploring opportunities to enhance the design, implementation, and analysis of our current instrument used to measure satisfaction, culture, and quality of life for service recipients, providers, and other stakeholders to inform ongoing quality improvements and value-based incentives in nursing facilities. This RFI aligns with TennCare’s commitment to advancing its quality measurement strategy by identifying vendors with expertise in administering satisfaction surveys and providing actionable insights that drive program improvement and enhance the member experience. We seek a vendor capable of delivering comprehensive reporting, data analysis, and insights to support quality improvement and policy development. Specifically, we are gathering information on vendor capabilities, innovative methodologies, technology platforms, data security practices, approaches to engaging diverse populations across multiple channels (e.g., mail, phone, web, SMS), and the ability to provide in-depth analysis and reporting that can inform policy decisions, improve programs, and support data-driven oversight. We appreciate your input and participation in this process.
