Specifications include, but are not limited to: SECURITY SERVICES PARKING RAMPS/GROUND TRANSPORTATION CENTER. Professional security services at the City parking ramps located at Second and Brady Streets (River Center Ramp), Harrison and Second (Harrison Street Ramp), and the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) located at Second and Harrison Streets in Davenport. Perform mobile patrol of each level of the parking ramps a minimum of two times per night between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. at random times each night, seven nights per week, including holidays. It is important that the patrol times vary night to night. During patrols, visually inspect each stairwell and elevator landing on each floor. Report suspicious behavior directly to the police department. Daily activity report summaries shall be available for review by City staff.
