Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall consist of providing on-site security for the WCA's office location in Albuquerque or in rare instances in other locations throughout the State. The scope of work is further detailed elsewhere in this Request for Proposals. The WCA seeks one (1) trained, uniformed and armed guard for daily security coverage in Albuquerque to meet the following needs beginning on or about April 1, 2006: o to provide continuous, uninterrupted security coverage from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the visitor sign-in and metal detection area in the agency's facility. o to provide after hours emergency alarm response and re-securing of the building currently occupied by the WCA located at 2410 Centre Ave. SE. o to provide short- term emergency security services upon request (in rare 9 circumstances) in the WCA's regional office locations in Farmington, Las Vegas, Lovington and Las Cruces, Santa Fe and Roswell or other locations throughout the state as necessary. This necessity may require travel with a WCA employee to these or other locations or ability of contractor to provide security services at these or other locations.
