Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide surveillance of ingress and egress to the buildings, grounds and parking areas at the Welcome Centers; b. Investigate and provide typed Incident Reports for criminal acts, incidents and accidents committed on/or occurring at the Welcome Centers and/or surrounding State property. Make Security Guards available for interview as necessary; c. Be aware of building fire and life safety features and assist in the orderly control of evacuations and other exercises that deal with tenant and visitor Welcome Center safety; d. Report to the appropriate Welcome Center Manager, Regional Manager or Assistant Commissioner (as indicated above) all existing or potential hazards, etc.; e. Observe the Welcome Centers’ parking lots and building conditions; f. Perform security-related tasks at the Welcome Centers as directed by the appropriate Welcome Center Manager, Regional Manager and/or Assistant Commissioner or as circumstances may otherwise be needed.
