Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide through the Application Service Provider hosting of the ERP System as well as ongoing maintenance and operational support. Service level agreements will be negotiated to address the County’s needs for efficiency, security, and privacy. II. The ERP System must be available at least 98% of the time to end-users from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with some weekend availability. Extended hours may be required on request (e.g. Budget development process, Year End, Benefits Open Enrollment). III. Network and System Specification: A. Hardware: R/3-Currently DELL 64-bit 6850 & 2950 servers. B. Database: All SAP Related Systems SQL 2005 migrating to SQL 2008. C. Platform: R/3 – Windows Server 2003. BW-Windows Server 2003. Enterprist Portal-Windows Server 2003. D. SAP Systems; SAP R/3 version ECC 6.0 – Modules: HR, Payroll, FI/CO, MM, BI version 7.0, SAP Enterprise Business Portal 7.0. E. Users: Total of 5,000 users; 200 Professional, 600 Limited Professional, 4,200 ESS. F. On-going maintenance and operational support should include at a minimum, but not limited to: 1. Support necessary to host and manage the ERP System including: a. Provide an Onsite Senior Level BASIS Consultant for support during normal business hours and as needed during non business hours. b. Assist in the upgrade of the R/3 databases from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 for all systems including Sandbox, Development, Quality Assurance, Training, and Production.
