The material shall meet all requirements of the latest version of the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Section 411. • TDOT Bituminous Plant Mix (Cold Mix) shall be Surface Course. The material shall meet all requirements of the latest version of the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Section 410.
