The University of Tennessee Knoxville is seeking a vendor to provide a housing management system that includes portal online self-service. University Housing provides on-campus housing for approximately 9,500 students in residence halls, apartments, and fraternity/sorority housing. Occupancy administration requires a highly configurable database with robust front end user experience and back-end data management capabilities. The system must communicate efficiently with Banner, Salesforce, CS Gold, Slate, and a number of other on-campus stakeholder systems. Reporting must be both fully configurable and practical for users with limited or no SQL background for reporting on occupancy management, forecasting, and enrollment projections. A deep knowledge base, experienced user community, and responsive technical support is required.
