Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Tennessee RiverLine Project is seeking the services of a consultant who will facilitate a strategic planning process and develop the plan’s research graphics and written content. The goal is to develop a new 3-year strategic plan that will guide the organization’s effort and investment from 2024 – 2026. This plan should be driven by data, feedback, and insights gained through engagement with diverse partners and stakeholders. Upon completion of research graphics and the written plan, the consultant will collaborate with Tennessee RiverLine graphic designers to translate the written plan content into a branded strategic plan document. During this phase, the consultant will also review and provide feedback to document drafts to ensure the integrity of the plan is maintained. The vendor’s approach to strategic plan development must include: An innovative approach with intentional and inclusive strategies for partner and stakeholder engagement and feedback to draft deliverables . Integration of diversity, equity, and inclusivity principles throughout the planning process . A schedule broken down into phases, including amount of time for each phase and phase deliverables, allowing for stakeholder feedback for draft deliverables when appropriate. . Benchmarking the Tennessee RiverLine against organizations of similar size and scope . An assessment of the Tennessee RiverLine’s current strategic plan, including vision, mission, and guiding principles, 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals, strategic priorities, and tactics . An assessment of the Tennessee RiverLine’s current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats . Clear identification of any exclusions from the project scope of work
