Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Gather information about current tree, accessories, and programmed lighting and provide a proposal to replace with same or improved products and technology. - Investigate and include in this proposal all required equipment, wiring, programming, and expertise to facilitate operation of the tree and accessories for installation by City workers in November 2023 and public exhibition through January 2024. The completed project proposal shall include a detailed list of items being quoted, labor cost for programming, and integration plan for existing accessories not being replaced. Firm selected for approval shall be required to: - Work closely with the Director of Leisure Services and other City personnel throughout the project. - Provide any requested details and documentation for any required presentations to the Cookeville City Council and other city, government, or civic bodies regarding the project as needed.
