Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing website design services to create a new Airport website. Following design and implementation, the selected firm will be utilized to provide hosting and maintenance of the site. Consultant shall, among other things: 1. Develop a creative website that increases customer engagement (is mobilefriendly) and easily permits tracking of user data. 2. Develop a website that is easily updated. 3. Update and maintain the website as deemed necessary by CMAA. 4. Provide training to CMAA staff on adding and updating content on the site. 5. Provide the ability to download forms. 6. Provide the ability to complete and submit forms from the site. 7. Provide links to airport services, tenants, vendors, and local events. 8. Provide login for ambassador services. 9. Other web design consulting services, as required.
