The scope of work should include delivery of the following minimums: 1. Develop a Unified Development Code (UDC) in support of the Red bank Comprehensive Plan 2045. 2. Develop site plan and/or design review standards for mixed use placetypes, commercial centers and boulevard greenway. 3. Updated Zoning Map to reflect new placetype zones. 4. Incorporate Complete Streets standards and guidelines. 5. Support Vision Zero Initiatives. 6. Executive summary report describing the comprehensive land use review process and recommendations. 7. Deliverables: 20 printed copies and (1) electronic copies of the executive summary report, Unified Development Code (UDC), site plan/design review standards, associated maps and GIS geodatabase of newly established zones.
