Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful vendor will provide professional managed security monitoring services for Knox County and the Knox County Health Department providing a comprehensive and scalable solution that can be customized to meet the needs of the Knox County Health Department. Through a series of both proactive and reactive components, it will allow for greatly enhanced situational awareness of the security posture of the IT environment. The security service will act as a cornerstone for the enforcement and monitoring of security policies and procedures. The monitoring services should also be able to utilize to drive adherence to compliance programs such as HIPAA, HITECH, OMNIBUS and PCI.
