The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified Offeror to provide a comprehensive Law Enforcement, Records Management System (RMS) solution. This includes the implementation of the RMS product, customization of interface connectivity, data migration from the existing RMS database to the new system, and ongoing annual technical support and product development. The solution should effectively support the operational needs of the Metro Nashville Police Department and its associated Criminal Justice agencies. The contract will be awarded to a single Offeror—the one achieving the highest evaluation score—for the delivery of a complete RMS solution. The initial contract term will be for a period of five (5) years.
