Food Service Areas: Areas to be treated are all the kitchen areas, kitchen storage, serving areas, eating areas, outside walls of these areas and dumpster area of each school, and any other infected area determined to be the results of an infestation arising from the aforementioned areas. High school snack bar(s) and drink machine areas are to be included. Other School Areas: Furnish all the services, labor, materials, tools, chemicals, equipment, insurance, permits, and fees (if necessary) to control the following pests at each location: rodents, roaches, ants, spiders and silverfish. Service includes interior perimeter of each location, including hallways, mechanical/electrical rooms, classrooms, (including Culinary Arts), athletic facilities, all common areas, offices as needed, conference rooms, doorways, and entry points, all restrooms, and any other infected area determined to be the result of an infestation arising from the aforementioned areas. Place out zone pest monitors as needed. Service exterior perimeter, including all doorways and entry points. Remove spiderwebs and wasp nests up to 15 feet as needed. Install 8 (8) rodent bait stations on the exterior of buildings.
