Specifications include, but are not limited to: Physical Plant Utilities and Energy Management Department proposes to address all utility uses in its facilities for this conversion program. Additionally, Physical Plant Utilities and Energy Management Department intends to upgrade outdated and obsolete building equipment and perform operational improvements through the program when implemented. Major reductions in annual utility and operations costs are anticipated through the implementation of this proposed energy conservation program. Service Provider will provide a written guarantee of all utility and operational cost reductions for the project. The contract life of the program shall not exceed the statuatory twenty (20) years.
