The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is soliciting proposals for qualified vendor for a comprehensive suite of software products to streamline staff and room scheduling, patron interaction and engagement, and item reservations across our library system. NPL uses the Carl.Solution integrated library system (ILS) by The Library Corporation (TLC) and the Aspen Discovery Layer, an open-source product supported by Bywater LLC. The software solution offered by vendors for this RFP should not need to replace either of these products. We require a userfriendly software solution that seamlessly connects staff, patrons, and resources.
