The Montgomery County Department of Public Works and Transportation, Parking Operations Section is responsible for the restoration, repair and maintenance of numerous parking facilities within the county. The public parking program in Montgomery County is one of the largest municipally owned and operated public parking programs in the country. The parking program consists of nearly 20,000 spaces, both on- and off-street. Presently, there are 18 garages and 23 lots off-street. intent The Montgomery County Department of Public Works and Transportation, Parking Operations Section intends to enter into contact with three experienced and qualified firms to provide a wide range of parking engineering and consulting services on an as needed basis. These services include, but not limited to, the services as listed in the Work Statement section below, as assigned. The highest ranked offeror will be the Primary Contractor; the second highest ranked offeror will be the Secondary Contractor; and the third highest ranked offeror will be the Tertiary Contractor.
