Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will repair campus roadways and parking lots and will include the associated utility modifications. This project will resurface roadways on campus that are deemed in fair to poor condition. These roads may also receive minor repairs to curb and gutter, striping, sidewalks, etc. This project will also provide patching where needed due to damage from winter conditions, and underground repairs that may be necessary. Streets to be addressed include Phillip Fulmer Way, Melrose Place, Peyton Manning Pass, Stephenson Drive, Frances Street, Metron Center Way, Twentieth Street, Service Drive, Solutions Way, Morgan Circle, Raintree Drive, Andy Holt Avenue, Circle Drive, Circle Park Drive, Margaret Alley, Melrose Avenue, streets in Sorority Village, Johnny Majors, Greve Hall Loop, Estabrook Road, Middle Drive, Lower Drive, UT Drive, River Drive, Jacob Drive, EJ Chapman Drive, and Fletcher Luck Lane, several unnamed roads, service drives, and alleys,. Design work will be on an “as needed basis” depending on scope of work required. This contract can expand over multiple years based upon ongoing work.
